First article on my blog and it's to tell you about my next trip and experience as an au pair in Turkey ! I will have the chance to live in Istanbul and Cesme for a little bit more than 3 months this summer. I will be some kind of an English tutor for the 8-ys-old girl in the family. I can't waiit !

So, here is my list of things for Turkey. The Ideal/Dream List to be precise, because I'm not rich enough for all these little treasures :)
- A camera (with a new 50mm lens) : I am into photography, especially when I'm abroad. I love portraits above all. I already own a Sony Alpha 380.
- A USB flash driver : Handy to save my 678 pictures, that I thoughtfully chosen and sorted out.
- A bag : Well, right now I hide everything in my pockets... but I will eventually drop the big coat for this summer.
- A travel guide : If I don't know what to find and where.
- A reading book : "One Thousand And One Nights" will fit in the landscape.
- A travel journal : To organize my memories as much as I can.
- A tag for my suitcase : And the more original, the best. My suitcase in black and dull. as a result, I can let it spin for 15 minutes on the baggage carousel before recognising it. This tag may help me !
- A passport Holder : Ok, I could say it's to protect my precious passport and its chip, but I would lie. I just find it super cute ^^

ReplyDeleteI have never read this book either. I will get a version close to the original text (I've heard it is more erotic and Aladin doesn't exist in the old text).
And I'll look for a nice tag :) but I like the heart shape too.
